Corrugated Machine Operator
Pay:$15.00/hour Shift:1st Shift Schedule:MondayThursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (OT on Fridays) Location: Plymouth, IN
Now Hiring! We are seeking experienced Corrugated Machine Operators for a manufacturing opportunity with a well-established company in Plymouth, IN.

Job Responsibilities
Operate and/or assist with corrugated paper manufacturing equipment.
Monitor machine performance and inspect products for quality.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Preferred Experience
Experience operating or working with corrugated paper machinery, including:
Flexo Folder Gluers
Rotary Die Cutters
Bobst Die Cutters
Emba Die Cutters
Other corrugated converting equipment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and comprehend English.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Strong mechanical aptitude preferred.
Previous experience in the corrugated paper industry is highly preferred.
Self-motivated with good judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for 810 hours per shift.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Occasionally lift over 50 pounds with team assistance or mechanical equipment.
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from approximately 40°F to 90°F.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Occasional use of ladders and stairs.
