Pay Rate:

$69,500 - $92,600

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:

• Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program.

• Ensure Safety is the first priority of all employees. Lead all employee in all company safety inititives, foster a safe work environment and enforce and support safety policies and rules.

• Responsible for the overall productivity of the facility.

• Responsible for maintaining department supplies.

• Responsible for monitoring, following, correcting plant waste.

• Analyzes, organizes, coordinates, and reports on activities within the department.

• Responsible for weekly and monthly safety meetings and tours.

• Responsible for correct machine production reporting.

• Knowledge of printing inks/color management.

• Responsible for industry and DS Smith specifications on all products.

• Ability to problem solve and rectify issues.

• Maintain close, positive working relationships with other supervisors, maintenance, accounting and scheduling department.

• Manages/Coaches crew to insure productivity, quality, and maintenance goals are made.

• 5-10 year of related experience or training
