We're looking for an experienced Corrugator Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about safety, quality, employee development, and operational excellence.
In this role, you'll oversee daily corrugator operations, ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll coach, train, and develop team members, manage performance, resolve operational issues, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. Success requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and shifts.
Qualifications:
Required: Corrugator operating experience with strong knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
High school diploma or GED
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Safety-first mindset with a strong drive for results
