Cosmetic Retail Manager
Job Summary:
As the Cosmetic Retail Manager of Honey Cosmetics, you will be responsible for all store operations. The Store Manager is responsible for managing our sales associates and helping to support the Corporate Team. You will be motivating and influencing your team to achieve daily targets.
Location:
Brooklyn Store, with availability to travel to other NY store locations as required.

· Handle customer complaints and ensure positive resolution.

· Create sales plans and goals for your team.
· Be creative with promotional ideas.
· Communicate between corporate and store level.
· Ensure inventory is accurate for daily operations.
· Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes.
· Actively participate in store operations.
· Genuine passion for the cosmetic industry.
Essential:
- 1-2 years of makeup artist experience
- 1-2 years of cosmetic retail management experience
Desirable:
- Cosmetology/Esthetician Qualification
