Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Cosmetics Manufacturing)

Responsibilities
- Support FDA cosmetic compliance functions by utilizing FDA systems and program data to evaluate inventory, conduct research, prepare reports, and support surveillance planning.
- Assist with the development and clearance of assignment memos and related compliance documentation.
- Use FDA systems and internal data sources to research, organize, and report cosmetic compliance information.
- Evaluate inventory, facility, product listing, surveillance, or compliance data to identify trends, gaps, and follow-up items.
- Collate and summarize data to support surveillance activity planning, work prioritization, and compliance decisions.
- Coordinate the development, review, and clearance of assignment memos and compliance documentation.
- Track deadlines, documentation status, action items, and approvals to facilitate smooth program operations.
- Collaborate with compliance, scientific, analyst, and program teams to gather information and ensure records are accurate and complete.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in public health, life sciences, chemistry, regulatory affairs, data analytics, business, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience supporting regulatory compliance, data reporting, program operations, quality assurance, public health, or government program support
- Experience working with databases, internal systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Strong research, data organization, documentation, and written communication skills
- Experience preparing or coordinating reports, assignment memos, compliance records, briefing materials, or program documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
