Full-Time & Part-Time Stylists Wanted | Saturdays Required | 7AM- 1PM & 1PM- 7PM Shifts Available

At Drybar, we don’t just hire stylists — we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching.

 Earn $21–$30+/hr (guaranteed hourly pay + tips + commissions — no earning ceiling!)
 Flexible, set schedules
 Paid training in blowouts, braids, updos & extensions
 Ongoing education and skill development with monthly hands-on classes led by our full-time educator
 Commission opportunities on retail, add-ons, extensions & memberships

Full-Time

Part-Time

Perfect for balancing school or stylists balancing full-service clientele.

We’re Looking For Stylists Who:

• Passionate about learning and perfecting styling & finishing techniques
• Provide exceptional client experiences
• Thrive in a team environment
• Bring positive energy and professionalism

A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.

Cosmetology students with 1,300+ hours are encouraged to apply!
