Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and personalized consultations
- Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and texture services
- Recommend professional home care and retail products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and follow-up
- Participate in salon education, team meetings, and growth initiatives
- Uphold salon standards, policies, and guest experience expectations
Qualifications
- Current California Cosmetology License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Passion for continuing education and professional growth
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Experience with color services, highlighting, and styling preferred but not required
