We are expanding our day spa services and seeking an experienced Hair Stylist to join our growing team.
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of professional hairstyling experience
Established client following strongly preferred
Confident in consultations and personalized styling plans
Polished, professional, and growth-minded
Passion for beauty, wellness, and client relationships
Responsibilities
Provide premium hair services including:
Hair color, highlighting, and balayage
Blowouts and styling
Scalp treatments and head spa services (preferred)
Conduct thorough consultations and service recommendations
Maintain a clean, professional workstation
Build and retain a loyal client base
Collaborate with the spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience
Work with other team members on marketing events and other advertising
Qualifications
Active Florida Cosmetology license
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (required)
Advanced training in color and modern techniques
Experience with scalp or head spa services (preferred)
Strong communication and client relationship skills
