We are expanding our day spa services and seeking an
experienced Hair Stylist to join our growing team.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of professional hairstyling experience
- Established client following strongly preferred
- Confident in consultations and personalized styling plans
- Polished, professional, and growth-minded
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and client relationships
Responsibilities
- Provide premium hair services including:
- Hair color, highlighting, and balayage

- Scalp treatments and head spa services (preferred)

- Conduct thorough consultations and service recommendations
- Maintain a clean, professional workstation
- Build and retain a loyal client base
- Collaborate with the spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Work with other team members on marketing events and other advertising
Qualifications
- Active Florida Cosmetology license
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (required)
- Advanced training in color and modern techniques
- Experience with scalp or head spa services (preferred)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
