Cosmetology and Esthetic Instructor

The Beauty Institute, a leader in cosmetology education, is expanding our team and looking for licensed cosmetology instructors to inspire and educate the next generation of beauty professionals. We have both day (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) and evening (5:30 pm - 10:00 pm) positions available. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Inspire, motivate, and educate students to help them succeed in the beauty industry
Lead by example and foster a positive learning environment
Provide hands-on guidance and instruction to help students perfect their craft
Manage and facilitate engaging classroom activities and curriculum
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and personal growth among students

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to solve problems effectively
• Excellent group/classroom management skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Cosmetology Teacher License in PA required
