Inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential
Implement our curriculum effectively to ensure student success
Manage and facilitate engaging classroom experiences
Provide hands-on guidance and practical instruction
Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating classroom environment
Lead by example with strong professional and technical skills

• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience (cosmetology or related field)
• Ability to inspire and motivate students while leading by example
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent group/classroom management skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to solve problems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Current PA Cosmetology Teacher License required
