Cosmetology Instructor

Paul Mitchell the School Murfreesboro is seeking a qualified, energetic and highly motivated Cosmetology Instructor to join our Team! The Cosmetology Instructor’s primary objective is to motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in Customer-Focused service and create rich learning experiences in the classroom and on the clinic floor. You should be forward focused and solution-oriented; with knowledge in theory and state board. We are hiring for full and part-time positions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
§ Runs and maintain all aspects of the clinic floor

§ Knowledgeable and experienced in customer-focused services

§ Teach and motivate students in the classroom

§ Coaches students on work area and client services

§ Direct students clinic floor learning, and facilitate mini classes

§ Strong Theory and State Board skills
§ Excellent communication skills

§ Fun loving person with a high level of integrity and love’s the education field
