What You'll Do
As a Cosmetology Instructor, you'll play a vital role in developing confident, career-ready beauty professionals. You'll:
Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills using the Paul Mitchell curriculum
Coach and mentor students throughout their educational journey
Demonstrate current techniques, trends, and best practices
Supervise and support students in the clinic classroom
Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to deliver an exceptional educational experience
Encourage professionalism, creativity, and personal growth in every Future Professional

Qualifications
Current Texas Cosmetology License (required)
Passion for education, mentorship, and student success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Previous teaching experience is a plus, but we're happy to provide training for the right candidate
