This role is onsite in North Austin.What You'll Do Own key elements of the month-end close, including journal entries, variance analysis, and KPI reportingPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Strategic Sourcing to drive cost savings, productivity, and smarter decision-makingAnalyze manufacturing performance, demand changes, capacity planning, and standard costingAnalyze and explain manufacturing cost drivers across the “middle of the P&L,” with deep focusPerform detailed variance analysis including absorption, PPV, IPV, and discrete job variances on COGS and inventory impactsLeverage ERP reporting to improve insights, forecasting, and performance trackingSupport audits, internal controls, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventoriesWhat You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4+ years of operational or manufacturing finance experienceHands-on understanding of standard costing, inventory flows, and cost absorptionStrong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle preferred)Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive business partner mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
