Cost Accountant
Blue Ash, OH | Hybrid Flexibility Available
Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000
A growing manufacturing company in the Blue Ash area is seeking a Cost Accountant to join its finance team. This position will play a key role in analyzing product costs, managing inventory accounting, and providing financial insights that support operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain standard costs and analyze manufacturing variances
- Support inventory accounting, reconciliations, and physical inventory processes
- Assist with month-end close and cost accounting reporting
- Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Ensure accurate product costing and inventory valuation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or JD Edwards
