This position is crucial for managing site Bill of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system, conducting cost reviews, and ensuring financial accuracy, while supporting both finance and manufacturing teams. The role also involves costing new products and performing ad hoc analysis as required.

What Youll Do
- Manage site Bill of Materials (BOMs) within the companys ERP system.
- Conduct monthly and annual BOM reviews with a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with site teams to cost new products effectively.
- Support Finance and manufacturing teams with new SKU setup and ad hoc analysis.
- Assist with various Month End processes and Fixed Asset maintenance.
- Ensure inventory control and accuracy through diligent review.
- Provide in-depth analysis of BOMs and standard costs for improvement efforts.
What Were Looking For
- At least 3 years of Cost Accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- General knowledge of ERP systems.
- Very strong Excel skills, including the ability to navigate existing spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to fluidly navigate different connecting systems and programs.
- Strong capability to work independently and complete work with attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is helpful, but not required.
Compensation
Compensation: $29 – $38 hour.
