Cost Accountant
Location: Mendota Heights, MN
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within NetSuite
- Perform inventory analysis, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Support cost accounting activities for manufacturing operations
- Assist with month-end close and related accounting processes
- Help identify process improvement opportunities within costing and inventory functions
- Partner with accounting, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
What We're Looking For
- Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Experience with month-end accounting processes and reconciliations
- Exposure to ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Candidates with manufacturing accounting backgrounds strongly preferred
