Project Accountant -  West Palm Beach - Construction Management 

A growing construction management firm is seeking a Project Accountant to join its West Palm Beach team.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the financial side of construction projects and partnering closely with project leadership. The role will oversee project accounting, cost reporting, forecasting, billing, WIP, and financial analysis while working closely with a larger corporate accounting team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project, cost or construction accounting experience
• Strong experience with project forecasting, WIP, cost-to-complete, billing, and variance analysis
• CMiC or Textura experience highly preferred
• Comfortable working independently and serving as the primary accounting resource in a local office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

This is a great opportunity to join a growing construction organization in a highly visible role with significant ownership and exposure to project leadership. There is flexibility for a 4/1 hybrid schedule for the right candidate. The anticipated total compensation is up to $145K.
