It offers strong visibility to leadership, broad multi‑site exposure, and the opportunity to contribute directly to performance improvement within a growing business.Primary responsibilitiesManage month‑end activities for assigned manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate cost and inventory reportingConduct variance analysis, standard costing updates, and inventory reviews to support operational decision‑makingPrepare internal reporting packages, financial summaries, and performance insights for plant and finance leadershipPartner with production teams on forecasting, budgeting, and key operational metricsSupport annual budgeting, audit requests, and periodic inventory counts across multiple locationsEnsure accuracy of cost flows, purchase price standards, and goods‑receipt reconciliationsAssist with process improvement initiatives focused on cost accuracy, reporting quality, and operational efficiencyPrimary qualifications5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentAdvanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or similar)Ability to analyze data, identify drivers, and communicate clear financial insightsStrong cross‑functional communication skills and confidence working with operations teamsProven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and operate independently in a dynamic environmentIf you're seeking a role where you can combine technical cost accounting with meaningful business partnership, and you want to be part of an organization that values development and internal advancement, we'd love to connect with you.
