Position Overview:
The Cost Accounting Manager will oversee all aspects of cost accounting, ensuring accurate product costing, inventory controls, and financial reporting while partnering closely with operations to drive efficiency and profitability.

● Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage cost accounting processes including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation
  • Maintain and improve bill of materials (BOM) accuracy and costing structures
  • Analyze manufacturing costs and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes
  • Partner with operations to identify cost savings and process improvements
  • Support month-end close, reporting, and audit requirements related to cost accounting

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
● Strong cost accounting experience within manufacturing environments
● Deep understanding of inventory management and bill of materials (BOM)
● Proven ability to analyze data and communicate financial insights
● ERP system experience preferred
