Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days/week on-site, and 1 day/week WFH
Salary: $130k-$155k base salary + $31k bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401k

• 5+ yrs of Accounting experience, heavier on the costing side
• Experience having direct reports
• SAP experience
• Advanced Excel
• Experience with PowerBI and SQL
• Bachelors Degree

Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager – Cost to lead and enhance cost accounting functions within a complex, multi-entity environment. This role is responsible for overseeing the monthly close process related to inventory and cost of goods sold, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining the integrity of costing methodologies within the ERP system. The position partners closely with operations and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across processes and reporting. This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee monthly cost close process, including inventory and COGS analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations
· Maintain and enhance costing methodologies, standard costs, and ERP (SAP) cost structures
· Analyze manufacturing variances (labor, overhead, materials) and provide actionable insights
· Partner with operations and FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling
· Ensure accuracy of inventory valuation, internal controls, and SOX compliance
· Support internal and external audits and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues

Must have:
