Systems & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with IT, Estimating, and Operations to improve data flows and reporting processes.
  • Standardize data structures, naming conventions, and reporting templates across projects.
  • Assist with the implementation of new technology platforms such as ERP upgrades, field data capture systems, telematics platforms, and project controls software.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar industries.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel (advanced), and data modeling.
  • Understanding of construction cost codes, production rates, schedules, and project lifecycles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred
