Cost Optimization Project Manager

JSG is hiring a Cost Optimization Project Manager for a REMOTE role. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Salary range: $110K-$135K DOE 

Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience: 5–10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Experience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Procurement Project Manager will lead the identification, execution, and delivery of company-wide cost savings initiatives as well as other strategic and operational projects that support supply chain objectives.
• This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and measurable business outcomes. 
• Owns upward reporting and visibility of cost transformation initiatives, ensuring leadership has clear, timely insight into progress, risks, and financial outcomes.
• The position is highly execution-focused, with accountability for governance, delivery, and executive-level communication.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated success leading cost reduction initiatives with a strong ability to interpret complex data and financial impacts
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations
