Job Summary

Join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA, a city known for its vibrant culture, diverse economy, and rich history. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in estimating costs and ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates and present findings to leadership.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Identify and quantify materials, equipment, and labor costs.
  • Develop construction schedules.
  • Attend meetings and site visits to gather necessary information.
  • Utilize MS Excel and Bluebeam Revu for estimation tasks.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • High proficiency in computer skills, focusing on MS Excel and Bluebeam Revu.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Capability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external peers and colleagues.
  • Associate's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field and/or relevant experience.
  • Ideal candidates will have 2 years of previous cost estimating and/or construction management experience.
  • Occasional travel, both locally and internationally, may be required.
