Overview:

Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

Location: 2614 Memorial Blvd Connellsville, PA 15425

Schedule: Part-Time (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: Hourly, $20.00 - $27.00/Hr, commensurate with experience

 

Our NovaCare Rehabilitation outpatient center is seeking a licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care. Responsibilities:
  • Detail-Oriented: Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
  • Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
  • High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
  • Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients’ functional abilities and skills.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
  • State COTA license (or license eligible)
  • CPR certification
  • Valid state driver’s license
