Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Set and achieve personal performance goals aligned with company targets.
Collaborate with occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and exercises.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Utilize data and metrics to assess treatment effectiveness and outcomes.
Adhere to safety and compliance regulations in all patient interactions.
Support a positive and motivating environment for patients and team members.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications
COTA certification and relevant state licensure required.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans for diverse patients.
Ability to monitor and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.
Strong focus on achieving personal and team performance targets.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in using data to assess treatment effectiveness.
Experience with documentation and compliance in healthcare settings.
Understanding of safety and compliance regulations in patient care.
