Are you a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a full-time opportunity where you can grow your skills, make a meaningful impact, and be part of a supportive rehabilitation team?

Falls Village Rehabilitation and Wellness in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time COTA to join our in-house rehab team.

What You’ll Do

As a COTA, you’ll work closely with our Occupational Therapists and interdisciplinary team to help residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and achieve meaningful goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s needs and goals
• Help residents improve their ability to perform activities of daily living
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey
• Help create a positive and engaging therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current or eligible Ohio COTA license
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Net Health preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Passion for helping residents achieve greater independence and quality of life
