Denton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide personalized, resident-centered care that supports progress in daily activities and overall function.

Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Deliver treatment in accordance with established plans of care
Support residents with activities of daily living and functional goals
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the Occupational Therapist
Educate residents, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapy Assistant state license in good standing
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
