Pay Rate: $27.00 – $31.00/hr

Estimated Annual Salary:$56,160 – $64,480/year

Job Summary

Provide occupational therapy treatment services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Assist residents in improving functional abilities, activities of daily living, mobility, and overall independence while maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Active COTA License

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Minimum 1 year of COTA experience preferred

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong patient care and documentation skills

Required Credentials

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License – Required

• Associate Degree from an Accredited OTA Program – Required

• NBCOT Certification – Required

• BLS/CPR Certification – Preferred
