About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our home health team. This position offers the flexibility to choose your schedule and the areas you cover. You’ll work closely with an Occupational Therapist to help patients achieve maximum independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy programs under the direction of an OT
- Provide hands-on rehabilitation to help patients reach functional goals
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Maintain regular communication with the supervising OT and care team
- Ensure compassionate, patient-centered care in every visit
Qualifications
- Current COTA license (required)
- Experience in occupational therapy, rehab, or related healthcare field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a physical workload and travel between patient homes
- Self-motivated and organized
