Trinity Rehab is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team on a PRN basis in Clemmons, NC.
The Occupational Therapy Assistant will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role plays an essential part in helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
Position Details:
- PRN (as-needed) opportunity
- Weekend coverage required
