Trinity Rehab is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Clemmons, NC.
The Occupational Therapy Assistant will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role plays an essential part in helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patientsâ functional abilities
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
Position Details:
- FT & PRN (as-needed) opportunity
We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about patient care.
