Qualifications:
Licensed to practice as a CertifiedOccupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) within Washington state (or before your first day of work).
One to two years of appropriate experience as a CertifiedOccupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
Possesses and maintains current BLS certification.
