Ultimate Therapy is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to support residents working toward greater independence and functional mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, coordination, and mobility
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use during treatment sessions
• Monitor resident participation and communicate updates to the OT
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
