Position Summary
Delta Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services to patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis. Services are delivered in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist (OT) and Director of Rehabilitation.
The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence and functionality.
