COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Kalamazoo, MI. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills needed for daily living. Apply and a recruiter will reach out with assignment details.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Client requires availability for a standard 5x8 days schedule with work hours of 08:30–16:30 and a 30-minute meal break.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow documented treatment plans.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
