About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and dining facilities.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of hazards to maintain a safe environment.
- Restock supplies and manage inventory of cleaning materials.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, folding, and distributing linens.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Follow infection control protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning schedules are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
