Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician with experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Candidates must be able to access federal and military base job sites and meet the same qualification standards required for current base access.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment issues
Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Travel to various federal and military job sites as needed
Follow all site safety and security requirements
Requirements:
Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry required
Must qualify for access to federal and military base facilities
Willingness and ability to travel for projects
Must have reliable transportation
MUST HAVE STEEL TOE BOOTS
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor as required
