Description
This class provides advice and support for an individual Council Members Office. As assigned, incumbents serve as liaisons to other City departments, the public, outside agencies, consultants, attorneys and professional associations. Incumbents may plan, develop, and coordinate events; assist in legislation research and development; analyze data, conduct projects, gather and evaluate statistical information, and investigate and resolve citizen complaints. As assigned, incumbent may serve as lead workers, assigning work and monitoring work completion.
