We are currently seeking a full time Counselor to join our team! We are a residential program catering to at-risk adolescents. The schedule for this position includes day, evening, and weekend hours.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Providing direct supervision to at-risk teens with behavioral problems, substance use, and/or mental health issues.
Offering case management services, including developing service plans.
Conducting regular meetings with youth and their families.
Providing individual and group counseling sessions.
De-escalating resident's behavior in challenging situations.
Completing required documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, case notes, and other necessary paperwork.
Transporting youth to off-campus activities and events.
Acting as an integral part of the team, collaborating with other staff members to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree
Ability to build rapport with clients
Experience in a related field is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual/Spanish a plus
