We are currently seeking a full time Counselor to join our team! We are a residential program catering to at-risk adolescents. The schedule for this position includes day, evening, and weekend hours.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing direct supervision to at-risk teens with behavioral problems, substance use, and/or mental health issues.
- Offering case management services, including developing service plans.
- Conducting regular meetings with youth and their families.
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions.
- De-escalating resident's behavior in challenging situations.
- Completing required documentation, including daily logs, incident reports, case notes, and other necessary paperwork.
- Transporting youth to off-campus activities and events.
- Acting as an integral part of the team, collaborating with other staff members to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
