Required Experience:
Leading through an equity lens to promote student success. Strong technology, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent team player. Demonstrates initiative and ability to lead. Understand student confidentiality. Strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring student progress towards graduation
- Overseeing a portion of the student body
- Crisis management
- Working collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and colleagues
- Problem solving effective strategies for student success
- Collaborating with with outside agencies
- Effectively communicating with student support team
- Other duties as assigned
