Syosset High School
Available on August 25, 2026
The Syosset Central School District seeks a School Counselor for Syosset High School. This anticipated vacancy is a probationary appointment. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Must hold valid NYS Certification in School Counseling
Prior successful school counseling experience required
Previous experience working with High School students preferred
Passionate about working with and supporting students
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate with a highly respected faculty and staff
Salary as per Syosset Teachers Association contract
