Position: Before & After-School Child Care Leader
Locations: Multiple school sites across the Greater Richmond area
Hours: Weekdays - program times vary by school district
Salary Range: $16-16.50 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Create fun, engaging activities that help kids grow and thrive
- Support youth development through structured play, learning, and leadership
- Supervise and inspire a group of awesome school-age children
- Be a trusted mentor and a daily highlight in a child's life
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with kids
- Reliability, creativity, and energy to spare
- Must be 18 with high school diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience is required but your enthusiasm matters most!
