Counselor/Social Worker

Summary: The Qualified mental Health Professional (QMHP) is responsible for providing assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and other mental health services to identified Futures Unlimited clients who suffer from comorbid mental health conditions.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

 

This position is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Monday through Friday 8:00am–4:30pm.  Evening and/or weekend hours may be required.
