    Description

    We are seeking compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health professionals (LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMSW) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide counseling, therapy, and support services to individuals, families, and groups. This role requires a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
    • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education.
    • Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
    • Stay informed of best practices and developments in the field of mental health.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding clinical practices.

    Qualifications:-

    • Required-Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Required-Must hold an active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, or LMSW in the state of New Mexico.
    • Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
