The Count Team Member counts monies from bill validators (slot machines), all Table Game boxes, and non-gaming retail areas.
Work Schedule: Monday and Friday 1am-10am, all other days 8am-10am
Must be able to retain a class "C" gaming license from the state of Iowa
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Excel
Must possess basic math skills
Basic mechanical (repair) skills helpful and preferred
Must be flexible and able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to communicate in a friendly and respectable manner
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
Must present a well-groomed appearance

Must be able to maneuver in and around all areas of the casino.
Must be able to work effectively in high traffic areas
Must be able to push and pull carts up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. of boxes.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (6 to 7 hours) of time.
Must be able to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing dust, loud noises and bright light.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke.
Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist and grip items as necessary.
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Transfers carts to and from the Count Room and sets Bill Validator Boxes in the appropriate slot machines.
Performs the Bill Validator collection process.
Collection, sorting, and accounting of various monies for multiple departments.
Performs minor repairs and maintenance of Count Room equipment.
Notifies Count Room Supervisor of malfunctioning equipment.
Adheres to safety, security, regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Cooperative while working with employees within the department, as well as other departments.
Maintains Count Room in a clean and orderly fashion.
Able to provide superior guest service and capability to deal with difficult interactions
