About the Role:
THE KATONAH WAY PHARMACY  is looking for a friendly and reliable Pharmacy Counter Person to join our team in Katonah, NY. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the pharmacy counter with professionalism and care
• Process prescription drop-offs and pick-ups accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash register transactions, including payments and insurance co-pays
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy floor
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate pharmacy staff
• Support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with day-to-day operations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior retail, customer service, or pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer and cash handling skills
• Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with pharmacy software or POS systems is a plus
