As a Counter Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in assisting customers and ensuring smooth operations in the store. You'll work closely with the team to deliver results that keep our retail and contractor operations running efficiently and safely.
What You'll Do
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to homeowners and professional contractors at the sales counter.
- Managing a multi-line phone system to take orders, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently.
- Utilizing computer systems to look up inventory, process transactions, and manage orders.
- Lifting and maneuvering heavy inventory, including 5-gallon paint buckets.
- Operating forklifts and other equipment safely to move stock (we will train you!).
- Maintaining store cleanliness, stock rotation, and overall organization at all times.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Solid computer knowledge and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for driving the company van to make deliveries.
- Physical capability to lift and move 5-gallon paint buckets consistently and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to learn; forklift certification is preferred, but we will fully train the right candidate!

Location & Schedule:
This is a full-time position on-site in Eugene, OR. It features a rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday. You must be available between 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM on weekdays, and open to a 5-hour shift on Saturdays.
