About the Role

As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the face of Johnstone Supply at the branch counter, helping contractors and customers find the right HVAC products and solutions. You will build relationships with customers, provide knowledgeable service, process orders, and support the daily operations of our wholesale HVAC branch.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to HVAC contractors and walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Answer product questions and help identify solutions.
• Receive, stock, and maintain inventory as needed.
• Support branch operations and work closely with the sales and warehouse teams.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused showroom environment.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
