Counter Sales

Pay: $22 Per Hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Business Hours: Monday-Friday | 7am-5pm

Location: Loveland, CO

A well-established HVAC supply company is seeking a Counter Sales Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning products, and building a career in sales. This role will start with a mix of warehouse and customer service responsibilities, allowing you to learn the products and daily operations. As you gain experience, you'll transition into more counter sales responsibilities and help generate sales opportunities through customer interactions and warm leads.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers at the sales counter and provide excellent service
• Identify HVAC and related parts
• Process orders using ERP software and computer systems
• Receive, stock, and pull inventory in the warehouse
• Use hand scanners and inventory management systems
• Generate sales through customer interactions and warm leads
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning ERP software
• Basic understanding of construction, HVAC, or the trades
